The event was participated by Library and Information Centre Kakching President Pukhrambam Shampha, Vice President Mayanglambam Kunjakesho, Member of Peace Committee District Administration Kakching Old Age Home Kakching Relief Camp cum Regional Research Institute For Homoeopathy, New Checkon Imphal’s Consultant (Homeopathy), Dr Thokchom Ojit, Chairman of Indoor Stadium Kakching Relief Camp Committee for Peace and Social Harmony H/O Kakching Chairman Nongmaithem Bheigyachandra, Kha Manipur College Kakching Relief Camp Nodal Officer Education Naorem Nandakumar Sharat and many displaced students staying at various relief camps across Kakching.

Vice Chancellor of Dhanamanjuri University Imphal, Professor Nongmaithem Rajmuhon was the resource person, wherein he imparted many resourceful insights to the students.

A quiz programme was also held with Library and Information Centre Kakching Secretary Kshetrimayum Joykumar as the Quiz Master. Students-Khaidem Binita, Laishram Suraj and Khaidem Jenin, all from Sugnu, Keisham Margaret from Serou, Sanasam Alina from Tanjeng, Laishram Nungshithoi from Tangjeng Ahallup, Alice from Tangjeng Khunou and Linthoi Laishram from Hiyanglam topped the competition and were feted with prized on the occasion. They are presently staying at Indoor Stadium Kakching Relief Camp, Kha Manipur College Kakching Relief Camp and Kalyaan Aashram Kakching Relief Camp respectively.
