Two more COVID-19 cases detected in Manipur, tally at 1,39,908

The number of COVID-19 active COVID-19 cases stood at eight as only one patient recovered from the infection on Saturday.

Manipur on Saturday reported two new COVID-19 cases, taking the cumulative number of positive cases in the state to 1,39,908, including a death toll of 2,149, official sources said.

According to a release issued by COVID-19 Common Control Room on Saturday, the two COVID-19 positive cases were reported from Churachandpur and Bishnupur district. However, no deaths were reported during the last 24 hours from any part of the state.

The number of COVID-19 active cases stood at eight as only one patient recovered from the infection on Saturday.

The number of COVID-19 vaccine doses administered on November 18 was 311. The cumulative doses administered so far reached 32,61,256 including 16,48,166 first dose, 13,35,626 second dose and the 2,77,464 precautionary dose.

If you have any flu or flu like symptoms, get tested, the release stated. Follow Covid Appropriate behavior. Continue to wear masks, wash hands frequently and get vaccinated, the release added.
