The lone hospital in India-Myanmar border town Moreh has been converted into COVID-19 care centre and the OPD and Emergency services have been shifted to the Primary Health Centre (PHC) near Moreh police station.
With the conversion of Moreh Hospital into Tengnoupal district Covid Care Centre on Wednesday, patients from in and around Moreh town will have to go for treatment at PHC, near Moreh police station where the normal activities of Moreh Hospital has been shifted.
All the different departments such as Malaria department, laboratory, ICTC, ART centre and PPP model of Krishna laboratory and other necessary equipment have been shifted to PHC Moreh from today onwards.
Moreh police and Commando teams are on duty to do the needful at a nearby hospital.
