The state Health department has permitted the district administration,Bishnupur for the returnees of the district arriving by flight to proceed in their own vehicles directly from Imphal airport to the COVID testing centre in the district hospital. However, returnees who wished to travel in their own vehicles from Imphal airport to district hospital for immediate testing have to obtain an e-pass issued by the office, said a statement issued by the deputy commissioner. It added that the returnees who do not possess e-pass issued by the DC/Bishnupur will not be allowed to travel in their own vehicles from the airport.
