The All Manipur AYUSH Doctor’s Association has condoled the untimely demise of Dr Thangjam Ghanashyam Singh, a medical officer (AYUSH), National Health Mission, Public Health Centre Akampat Imphal East on Saturday.
In a message, the association on Saturday stated that Ghanashyam Singh who was also the leader of Covid Vaccination Team was born on July 13, 1964.
The association stated that Ghanashyam served as contractual employee of National Health Manipur since 2006 and has rendered service to the people in different places.
The demise of frontline warrior Ghanashyam, also the president of All Manipur Ayush Doctor’s Association, is a great loss for the state as a whole, the association stated.
The association appealed to the state government to provide assistance to the families of Dr Thangjam Ghanashyam.
