As part of a COVID-19 vaccination drive for people coming under the age group of 18-44, district administration, Thoubal in association with District Health Society organised a vaccination camp at the Health and Wellness Centre - Thoubal Wangkhem on Wednesday.
District Family Welfare officer Dr Ksh Memcha who also took part in the camp today said that the drive commenced with a camp that was organised on Monday at the Health and Wellness Centre -Khangabok part III, Khunou Leikai.
Vaccinations will be conducted every Wednesday at both facilities, she informed, adding that the objective of the drive is to vaccinate at least 200 people of the district at each facility every week.
She further said that registrations and appointment schedules for vaccinations for next Wednesday can be obtained from 10:30 am of Monday at the CoWiN website-www.cowin.gov.in.
