Rahul Gandhi said that it was crystal clear that the Chinese attack at Galwan Valley in Ladakh was “pre-planned” and said that the Government of India was fast asleep. The martyred jawans paid the price, price, he added.

"It’s now crystal clear that: 1. The Chinese attack in Galwan was pre-planned; 2. GOI was fast asleep and denied the problem; 3. The price was paid by our martyred Jawans,” Rahul Gandhi tweeted sharing a report in which Minister of State (MoS) for Defence Shripad Naik said that the Galwan Valley clash was "pre-planned by China".

The Congress leader's attack comes hours before an all-party meet called by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss the situation along the India-China border. The meeting will be held at 5 pm on Friday. Presidents of various political parties are expected to take part in the virtual meeting.

"It is a matter of national security, there will be no compromise. We will not allow others to take our land. I pay tribute to all jawans who lost lives. The nation is proud of them that they made the supreme sacrifice. It won't go in vain. It was pre-planned by China and Indian forces will give a befitting reply," MoS Naik told news agency ANI.
