PSYC Phunal beat DYA by 3-1 goals in the 18th Kishorekumar Memorial First Division Football League 2021, organised by DSA Kakching at its ground.
DYA team presented a focused look in the match as they produced the opening goal from Lemba in the 8 minute of play to enjoy the lead in the first half. However, PSYC Phunal turned the table in the second half with Aimson making his presence felt striking his hattrick goals in 41, 48 and 77 minute for the convincing victory on Friday. PSYC player Hongsha and DYA player Abocha, Anilkumar got booked with a yellow card for dangerous tackle.
In the second match, YWU got the better of UCC by 3-2 goals. Longamba struck two goals while Zidan chipped in with a goal for YWU team while N Abothem and N Bishal fetched a goal each for UCC team. UCC player M Shanker got a yellow card in the match.
