During the programme, Justice Nobin said that the reason behind organising the kind of programme is that since 50 years the government had initiated more than 100 schemes for the people but could not be effective as people are not aware of the objectives of the schemes. He said that unless people do not know the scheme it does not serve its purpose.

He further appealed to the people, NGOs and CVOs to attend the kind of programme which was organised today to make them aware of their rights.
