Nagaland: Nine more recover from COVID-19

No positive case of COVID-19 was recorded in Nagaland on Friday

The cumulative number of recovered cases in Nagaland mounted to 11,928 as nine more patients in Kohima recovered from COVID-19 on Friday, state Health Minister S Pangyu Phom said.

Taking to Twitter, the health minister said that no positive case of COVID-19 was recorded in the state on Friday and the state's caseload remained at 12,191.

"Update! No +ve case of #COVID-19 reported today. 9 +ve patients have recovered in Kohima.  Total +ve cases- 12191 Recovered- 11928 Active Cases- 20," Phom tweeted.

According to the state health department, as many as 81 COVID-19 patients have died in Nagaland, of which 10 deaths are not due to COVID-19. A total of 152 cases have migrated to other states, it added.
