The All Manipur Body Builders Association (AMBBA) has congratulated IPS P Doungel, who is a former Mr India and patron of AMBBA on being promoted to the post of Director General of Prisons.

P Doungel is the first athlete and bodybuilder to hold such a prestigious post up till now and AMBBA is proud to associate such a dedicated officer in its fold, a statement issued by president AMBBA and Executive Member of IBBF N Ratan Singh stated.
