As per the demand by them, the state government assured of recruiting Thang-Ta teachers in 2019. But authority concerned has not taken up any steps till date, it added while appealing to materialise the demand at earliest.

The release also stated that learning Thang-Ta as a course or subject would not only promote art and culture but would also impart moral values, discipline and create a healthy society. Despite having so much significance in learning Thang-ta, the state government is delaying the process of recruitment of its teachers, which is very unfortunate.
