The District Legal Service Authority, Senapati observed the International Human Rights Day cum prize distribution of District Level Online Essay and painting competition at district and sessions court complex, Senapati under the sponsorship of Manipur State Legal Services Authority. Chairman, DLSA, Senapati Samom Ibjen; secretary, DLSA  Ashem Tarunakumari Devi; president, Senapati District Bar Association SP Thomas; retainer lawyer, DLSA Senapati Victoria; along with other bar members of Senapati, staffs of DLSA, Senapati and PLVs of Senapati Legal Aid Clinic participated in the programme. SP Thomas, spoke about the importance of celebrating Human Rights Day and elaborated on this year's theme, ‘Recover Better- Stand up for Human Rights,’ it stated. Prizes along with certificates were distributed to the winners. The programme was participated by the chairman, DLSA, Senapati; secretary, DLSA, Senapati and president, SDBA, it added.
