Manipur Ex MLA Welfare Association extends financial help to former MLA Nandakumar’s family

The association also observed one minute silence as a respect to Nandakumar at his residence at Nagamapal Singjubung Leirak.

The Manipur Ex MLA Welfare Association has extended a sum of Rs 50,000 to the family of former MLA L Nandakumar, who passed away at the age of 86 on December 5.

The association also observed one minute silence as a respect to Nandakumar at his residence at Nagamapal Singjubung Leirak.

A release by the association has stated that Nandakumar was elected as MLA on three consecutive terms in 2002, 2007 and 2012 and he held the portfolios of Law, Legislative Affairs, Education and Health. He was a lawyer, politician and a gentleman.
