The Directorate of Agriculture has invited interested farmers groups, farmers producers organisations and companies, self-help groups and agripreneurs to register for a one day training cum interaction programme on prospects of Oil Palm cultivation in Manipur.
Director of agriculture Laltanpuii Vanchhong notified on Thursday that the one day training cum interaction programme on prospects of Oil Palm cultivation in Manipur will be conducted on October 22, both offline and online at the directorate of agriculture, Sanjenthong, Imphal.
Interested farmers or groups can register through the link https:forms.gle/KvjtUuwrytxmSfe7 on or before October 20, it said.
Resource scientists from Pedavegi Andhra Pradesh, ICAR for NEHR Manipur centre, CAU Pasighat and department of agriculture Manipur will be speaking during the programme, it added.
