The Manipur hockey deeply mourns the untimely demise of  Konsam Shyamsundar Singh, IAS, who has been serving as director, Youth Affairs & Sports,(YAS) Manipur. 

General secretary Manipur Hockey Seram Neken in a message on Wednesday stated that the contributions of Konsam Shyamsundar towards sports development in Manipur during his stint as director of YAS will always be remembered by the future generations.

Neken stated that the executive board of Manipur Hockey shares the grief of the bereaved family, and wishes that the departed soul rest in peace in the heavenly abode.
