COVID-19 in India soars to 10,03,832 with record single day jump of 34,956 positive cases

So far, India has conducted 1,30,72,718 sample tests for Coronavirus, the second highest in the world.

India with the second largest population in the world has been registering record spike in this current pandemic. With the biggest single day jump of 34,956 positive cases in the last 24 hours since Thursday, the total number of coronavirus cases in the country has surged to 10,03,832 according to the Health and Family Welfare Ministry.

So far, India has conducted 1,30,72,718 sample tests, the second highest in the world. In the United States, 4,56,97,029 samples have been tested so far, according to a worldmeter figure.

Till date, the total number of recovered patients is 6,35,756 and the number of deaths stands at 25,602.
