Manipur Governor La Ganesan on Thursday issued an order, summoning the third session of the 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly to convene at 11 am on February 2 in the Assembly Hall, Imphal.  

The order was issued by the governor in exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India.
