Inspection team shocked to find dilapidated condition of T Waichong PHC in Twilang area

The village chief Lhunkholen Kipgen said that PHC T Waichong needs undivided attention from the department concerned because in any cases of emergency, it could not function as it should owing to its poor condition, non-availability of adequate staff, and infrastructure.
