Fifty litres of DIC liquor were seized from their possession at Pechi bazar, Thoubal district.
One vehicle lifter was arrested along with the stolen vehicle by Thoubal police on Monday, however another vehicle lifter is still absconding.

Thoubal police have arrested the accused Md Fayajuddin, 51, son of Tamij Ali of Sangaiyumpham Part II, Langkhong-pat on Monday.
The missing child has been identified as Md Ribas Khan of Moijing Leingoijil Makha Leikai in Thoubal district of Manipur.
During the operation, 82 houses were searched and about 200 men and 310 women were verified properly with their documents of identity.
Thoubal police also challaned a total amount of Rs 3,68,080 from the public for not wearing face masks and under Motor Vehicles Act.
All the items were recovered at 5:50 am on Thursday by the police team.
