The blood donation event was organised as a part of the second phase of 'Seva Hi Sangathan' programme launched by the BJP to mark seven years of PM Narendra Modi’s government.
Dr Radheshyam held a briefing with the media at Thoubal district headquarters on Wednesday.
The policy is aligned to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development that aims to transform India into a vibrant knowledge society and knowledge superpower country, Radheshyam.
Radheshyam apprised the chairperson about the steps to be taken up by the state government in making good of the shortcomings and for restoring the recognition granted to B.Ed. course of DMCTE, and for conducting Hindi Shaksha Parangat Programme of HTTC by considering the importance of the institutions in the state and the education system.
The minister urged the people to make use of the ambulances without making any sort of payment or giving charges.
Maintaining the standard operating procedures (SOPs), the minister also interacted with the inmates and shared his happiness over their completion of the quarantine period.
