Lui-Ngai-Ni is one of the most anticipated festivals for the Nagas in Manipur, which falls every year on February 15.
Manipur Governor Anusuiya Uikey, in her message, said that Lui-Ngai-Ni is a composite festival of all the Nagas of Manipur celebrated every year on the 15th of February for a bountiful and bumper harvest.
Lui-Ngai-Ni, Nagas’ seed sowing festival will be celebrated in the district headquarters on February 14 and February 15.
