A fatal road accident took place in the vicinity of Sorojini oil pump near the Wangbal area under Thoubal Police Station, along the National Highway-2, Imphal-Moreh Road.
Sekmai police arrested the autorickshaw driver identified as Soubam Milan, of Awang Wabagai.
