AMSU submits memorandum to PM Modi over awarding gallantry to SI Debson

The Manipur government withdrew the CM’s Police Medal for Gallantry which was given to the sub-inspector B Debson after AMSU alleged that Debson was arrested in 2013 for trafficking drugs.
