AC Thambalkhong Gram Panchayat MGNREGA Victimised Job Card Holders, secretary, T Subhas Meitei alleged that the Pradhan Koijam Ongbi Roman Devi and member Sarangthem Ongbi Anita Devi had "plotted and deprived job card holders of their wages since August 2019".
