NagalandIf a vehicle is found overloaded, the driver may be directed to off-load the excess weight at his own risk and not to remove the vehicle or trailer from that place until the laden weight has been reduced.
The ministry had earlier issued extension of validity of the documents related to the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989 on March 30 and later on June 9 this year that the documents were further extended till September 30 in view of the grim COVID-19 situation.
