Manipur: Japhou, Modi village in Chandel launched as model villages

Deputy commissioner Chandel M Rajkumar mentioned that it was under the initiative of MP Lorho S Pfoze and former ADC members in the person of Sh Manglem Monsang and Kt Hari Anal that Japhou and Modi are now inaugurated as model villages.
