The case was filed against Vinod Dua over his YouTube Show by a local BJP leader in Himachal Pradesh.
The three journalists are Renu Agal, Hindi editor of The Wire; Ashish Yechury, the copy editor of The Times of India; and Chanchal Pal Chauhan of The Economic Times.
