ZUF appeals for mass observance of Haipou Jadonang’s death anniversary

All citizens of Zeliangrong and kindred tribes are to observe the day with solemn ceremony; flagging of black flags, lighting of candles at dusk about 6:30 pm in every household and wherever it is meant to be made, ZUF stated in a release.
