Manipur fish farmers not to join Ningol Chakouba fish fair

All registered 254 fish farmers of Bishnupur, Imphal East, Imphal West and Kakching will not join the Ningol Chakouba fish fair if the state government fails to release the fund of National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) by November 4.
