The four members of Kankhu Phetha Volunteers (KPV) were arrested for allegedly circulating articles that could incite communal hatred.
The two cadres were produced before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Araria, Bihar and remanded into transit remand till December 6.
The arrested cadres have been identified as one RK Chandrabal Singh alias Chinglensana, 61, son of RK Dolansana of Kakwa Lilondo Lampak and Loitongbam Ratan Singh, 56, son of late L Gourachand Singh of Kewakeithel Laishram Leikai.
The victims’ mother, who has already been divorced with the accused, made the complaint that her former husband had been continuously sexually abusing their two daughters, who are just 12 and 13 years old, since February 2017.
The NAB team recovered Heroine and cash amount of Rs 4 lakh from the possession of the arrested.
Police said that the smuggler is one of the accused involved in an arm snatching case and the seized car was used in the incident that happened on March 13
The arrested quarantine inmates were produced before the court of JMFC Bishnupur and remanded into judicial custody for 15 days' jail quarantine.
