Moreh Consumer Club warns shopkeepers on price hike

Moreh Consumers Club (MCC) has warned shopkeepers and business establishment who took advantage of total lockdown and resorted to hoarding and hiking prices of the essential commodities in Moreh town.

“In support of the various precautionary steps taken to contain the spread of COVID-19, Moreh Consumer’s Club (MCC) hereby warns all businessmen/shopkeepers within Moreh Town against hoarding of commodities and indulge in unreasonable price inflation of commodities during the Total Lock Down,” MCC stated.

While providing Helpline Number- 8974208277, 9366020121, 8974376433, 87876398800, MCC appeals the general public to stand together and fight against exploitation of consumers’ rights.

“Let’s all stand together as one in the fight against COVID- 19,” it added.
