“The Veymy Teithe – Tungjoy Glory Day” was inaugurated at Tungjoy village in Senapati, Manipur on Saturday. Deputy CM Yumnam Joykumar Singh attended the inaugural ceremony as the Chief Guest. Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, the deputy CM gave assurance to take up necessary measures to resolve border tension between Tungjoy Village, Senapati district, Manipur and Khezhakeno Village, Phek district, Nagaland.

The festival will conclude on Sunday, January 5, 2020.
