The All Manipur Nupi Marup has expressed condemnations against the LPG price hike and raised questions on the whereabouts of Ujala scheme.
A release issued by the organisation pointed out that the price of LPG has been hiked up from Rs 815.90 in the year 2019 and further to Rs 986.40. Families run by women especially widows and such will suffer more due to the price hike. Despite being a female, the finance minister has no sympathy for women, it said.
The release further stated that opening only 1,000 fast track courts in a vast country like India is baseless.
BJP led government has not taken up work regarding the 33 percent reservation in the parliament, it stated. As such, the Nupi Marup will stand against the union budget, it added. All Manipur Nupi Marup, LPG price hike
