After the CBSE, the ICSE board on Thursday postponed class 10 and 12 examinations till March 31 due to the COVID-19 or coronavirus threat, the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) said.

Following the government order in the wake of coronavirus threat, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Wednesday announced in a release that it has postponed all exams in India and abroad scheduled from March 19 to March 31.

The CBSE said that exams have been postponed as a “precautionary measure” against the COVID-19 spread. New examination schedule will be notified by March 31 after “re-assessment” of the situation, CBSE added.
