The department of Sports, Manipur University on Monday announced that it will be distributing Coats/Blazers to members of MU Sports contingent who had bagged medals in the All India Inter University Tournaments held during the period of 2013-14 and 2019-20.

The MU department of Sports in a statement from assistant director of Sports, MU Dr Ch Pradeep Singh said, owing to administrative reasons and COVID-19 pandemic issue, awarding of blazers could not be held on time. Therefore, players and officials who were part of the medal winning contingent are requested to report by September 10 at Manipur University for measurements/sizes of the coats and submission of other details, if any, it stated.
