The landslide along Henglep-Churachandpur road was cleared off reportedly with the help of intending candidate from Henglep assembly constituency, Nehminthang Haokip. He was said to have engaged a JCB to clear the debris as it completely cut off Henglep area with the rest of the state. It was also reported that a landslide had occurred due to heavy incessant rain near S Kholep village along Henglep to Churachandpur road. It disrupted movement of vehicles and pedestrians.
