The Manipur Basketball Association (MBA) has condoled the demise of its former president Chabungbam Ibohal Singh (retired IAS officer) of Kwakeithel Mayaikoibi on Thursday.

In a condolence meeting presided by MBA vice-president L Ishwarlal Sharma, the association remembered the valuable service rendered by the former president for development of basketball in the state. It also recalled that he led the Manipur team as Chief de Mission in the National Games 1997 held at Karnataka.
While sharing the grief of the family members, MBA also observed two-minute silence as mark of respect to the departed soul.
