The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Friday declared the class 12 result at cbseresults.nic.in. Results can also be downloaded from DigiLocker, via SMS or UMANG app.
"Class XII #cbseresults2021 are now available on DigiLocker. Click the link to get the Class XII result https://results.digitallocker.gov.in/cbseXII2021.html," DigiLocker posted on Twitter.
This year, the CBSE recorded 99.37 pass percentage, nearly 10 per cent higher than last year's 88.8 per cent.
Of the 13,04,561 candidates who registered for the exam this year, 12,96,318 candidates have cleared the exam. However, as many as 65,184 students are yet to receive their results on Friday as their results are under process. Their results will be declared on August 5, the CBSE stated.
This year, girls have outperformed the boys in the CBSE class 12 results by 0.54 per cent. The result of girl students is at 99.67 per cent, while the boys pass percentage is at 99.13 per cent.
The CBSE class 12 results have been prepared based on an alternative assessment policy, afte the central governemnt decided to cancel the exam due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
