Joint Teacher’s Forum (JTF) has declared that it has suspended the ongoing pen-down strike and non-cooperation in the assessment and evaluation work of HSLC and HSE-2021for the time being and in the larger interests of students.
The decision to put the agitation on hold was taken in consideration of the appeal from the director of Education (S) and the development of the rectification process of ROP-2019, JTF stated in a release signed by its convenor M Jadumani Singh.
“However, the apex body will resume its strike if the demand is not fulfilled in a short time,” it added.
