ACOAM-Lup observes 21st foundation day

The 21st foundation day of the All Club Organisations Associations and the Meira Paibi Lup (ACOAM-Lup) was celebrated in low key at its head office on Friday by maintaining strict COVID-19 SOPs.

A release by ACOAM-Lup said that as a part of the programme, edible items were also distributed at Yaibirel Children Home, Keibi and Old Age Home at Oinam, Nambol.

ACOAM-Lup president said that due to the ongoing pandemic, the association could not celebrate the foundation day properly. Stating about the pandemic, he also said that the COVID-19 pandemic has affected every section of the society. Everyone is responsible to fight the pandemic following all the SOPs and COVID-19 appropriate behavior issued by the state government.

In the release, he wished the people of the state that with the celebration of its foundation day, ACOAM-Lup promotes unity, peace and love among various communities of the state.
