With the theme ‘Be with Yoga, Be at Home’, the Subsidiary Training Centre (STC), BSF Lamka, Churachandpur observed the seventh International Yoga Day with strict compliance of SOPs at their centre on Monday. As per sources from STC-BSF, around 2,053 people participated in the observance, among them many joined in virtually from their homes and respective lines or Coy. All the participants put forward their belief in enhancing physical and mental strength and stay relief from daily stress.
