A release signed by ACOAM-LUP joint secretary, Th Baleswar stated that the state government is taking various steps to control the pandemic. However, COVID-19 cases continue to surge. It would be much better for the state to begin some preparation to face the third wave of COVID-19 like other states such as Delhi.

“Let us fight collectively from all walks of life to prevent the third wave of COVID-19. But at the same time, the state government should also take up some extra precautionary measures particularly to face third wave,” it added.
