The Manipur government has transferred IPS officer Clay Khongsai from his present place of posting as ‘on promotion as ADGP’ to ‘ADGP (Training)’ as the new place of posting on Thursday. 

A statement signed by joint secretary (DP), Government of Manipur  L Bikram issued by order and in the name of the governor stated that the transfer order will come into immediate effect.
