Zomi Bethel village of Churachandpur inaugurated

Zomi Bethel village has 23 households and is located adjacent to Lamka town.

Zomi Bethel village of Churachandpur was inaugurated on Wednesday by chairman of MTDC and MANIREDA, Ginsuanhau Zou in the presence of Zomi Council chairman John K Ngaihte, executive member of ADCC, Pumtulthang Lianzaw and social workers, Kamkhanpau and Gouzalal Tungnung.

During the inauguration of the village that was established in 2018, Rev Khamchinkhai offered prayer for the village after the inaugural stone was unveiled by chief guest, Ginsuanhau Zou.

The new village has 23 households and is located adjacent to Churachandpur town.

Ginsuanhau said that though Zomi Bethel village is not under his assembly constituency he had come with the blessing from the MLA of Churachandpur AC. He continued that he will try to help the village by proposing the chief minister for construction of pucca roads. He also assured to provide sufficient water supply for the villagers.
