One Leirak, a street vendor had complained that a shop owner called Vijay, a non local at Ngari Galli near Nagamapal has been collecting Rs 200 per day from her for the past seven years, he said.

She has paid the daily sum even if she does not carry out her business by going to the market. However, she was suddenly banned from vending in front of his shop, she alleged.

Jalal said that he met Vijay and he has been told to come to the AMMOCOC office on Wednesday for further talks.
