The Zeme Literature Society Manipur (ZLSM) on behalf of the Zeme Tribe in general have expressed their gratitude to the Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) for successfully organising a two-day workshop on ‘Development of MIL text book and item writing’ on Monday and Tuesday.

A release from ZLSM extended gratitude to BOSEM secretary Mangijao Singh and deputy secretary (academia), BOSEM S Jitelal Sharma.

The society also expressed gratitude to principal DM College of Arts Ch Sheelaramani Devi and associate professor DM College of Teacher Education Kh Dineshkumar who attended the workshop as resource persons. 

They have given valuable time sharing their knowledge on the said topic of the workshop, it stated.

ZLSM also earnestly pray for early approval of the text book in order to fulfill their long desire of Zeme Community for early introduction of their language in the schools up to secondary level so that the students can study with the academic session without any further delay, the release added.
