YWC Langthabal posted a 7-wicket win over YPHU Lalambung to ride into the semi-finals of the 5th T Subol Memorial T-20 Veteran Cricket Tournament 2021 played at Oriental College and Model Higher Secondary School on Tuesday.

YPHU Lalambung made a total of 118 runs for 5 wickets from 20 overs with Hemanta top scoring with 50 runs from as many balls while Bungobi remained not out with 25 runs. YWC bowler Kumarjit claimed 2 wickets while Manaobi and Jodiba fetched 1 wicket each.

In reply, YWC reached the target losing 3 wickets with Kumarjit striking 35 runs while Jodiba got 26 runs and Manaobi remained unbeaten with 24 runs. Kumarjit was adjudged the Man of the Match for his 2 wickets and 35 runs.

The semi-finals line ups will have YWC Langthabal taking on Napsa Kha Imphal at Oriental College and Model Higher Secondary ground, while Model Club will play the LCCC team at Langthabal Public Ground on Thursday.
