Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain was on Wednesday tested for COVID-19 for the second time, reports said.
The health minister was rushed to Rajiv Gandhi Super Speciality Hospital on Tuesday after he developed COVID-19 like symptoms, such as high fever and difficulty in breathing. He was tested for the novel coronavirus but tested negative, the reports said.
As per the reports, the 55-year-old minister is in stable condition though he is still running fever. The minister was tested again for the second time on Wednesday, 24 hours after the first test, the reports said.
The test results are expected by evening, the reports added.
Earlier, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was also tested for COVID-19 after he complained of cough. However, he was tested negative for the coronavirus.
