UBSA Mantak drubbed SAO Kakching by 5-0 goals in the 19th Ksh Leihao Devi Memorial Super Division Football League 2021 sponsored by Dr Th Ojit Singh and organised by DSA Kakching at its ground.
The first half was an evenly fought game as UBSA Mantak took the slender solitary goal lead provided by Md Ruhit Shah in the 22 minute of play.
However, the second half proved more fruitful for UBSA as they pumped home four more goals, giving little breathing space for SAO Kakching team. Goal scorer Md Ruhit Shah repeated his feat as he came up with his second goal in the 49 minute and later Ngamneiril Kom in 55 minute, N Khaba Singh in 66 minute and Md Farid fetched the fifth goal in 76 minute for the comfortable victory on Saturday.
UBSA Mantak players, K John Kenedy, S Aboy Tangkhul and SAO Kakching N Clinton got booked with a yellow card for dangerous play.
In the second match, SWC Waikhong beat LYA Wangoo by 3-2 goals. Ch Jack struck twice while S Uttam fetched one goal for SWC team while Amuthoi and Goutam scored a piece for LYA Wangoo team. LYA player L Naresh and SWC player Yoki were served with a yellow card each.
